Hi New Friend! I’m Marissa. I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m an Artist & Surface Pattern Designer based in South Florida that is fascinated by color, pattern, and finding the meaning and beauty in everyday moments and memories.

My goal is to maintain my sense of wonder and curiosity in the world around me, and find a reason to laugh, because life can be hard - and these moments make it worth it.

I delight in things others may not notice - pretty purple flowers on the road after a rainstorm, reflections on the water while paddle boarding with my family, or turquoise dishes drying on a rack.

These snippets of inspiration make me smile and usually show up in my paintings, collage, and digital drawings in some way.

I love to translate this playfulness and joy into patterns that will end up in people’s homes.

I hope that people who connect with my work feel a sense of delight and a reminder to enjoy moment in their daily life.

When I’m not creating art, I’m a consulting Director for Workplace Strategy & Change Management, a Life Coach, Author, occasional speaker, and Mom. I live in South Florida with my painter husband, 2 kids, Mother, and chocolate lab.
