I know it is possible because I was able to do all of these cool things and make some big dreams and goals happen for myself in the past 7 years. Some intentional, some serendipitously, but mostly by doing the work, committing to action, and surrounding myself with people who believed in me and wanted to see me succeed.

Did I stay motivated all the time? There were ebbs and flows, but I keep my vision and know what is important to me personally and professionally and check in with myself. I also try to be nice to myself and give myself a break when I need it. Being a creative and an artist is a lifestyle and a lifelong pursuit, not a sprint.
I am so grateful to the lovely people I’ve done coaching sessions or taught in the past few years. Here are some insightful things they have said that I think are really beneficial.
If your version of success is Saturdays on the hammock eating Kit-Kats in a weird way where you remove the edges and eat the individual wafers and you have 4 long studio days during the week, I’m here for it.
