This legacy program focuses on 12 weeks of creating clarity, defining goals, creating your own metrics for success, and a path to do it, check in with me, and then move forward on your own after our time together. This includes 3 hours of coaching time broken down into (1) 60 minute session and (4) 30 check-in sessions.
Before we start: You’ll answer questionnaire designed to get all of the things out of your head so we can start untangling it together. I’ll review this before our first call and do my research.
Week 1: (60) Minute Zoom call to dig into the your questionnaire and goals, and prioritize what we’ll be working on. Start mapping out the 12 week assignments with what will work into your life.
Week 2: Focus is on the big vision and goals. We want to make sure the vision is strong enough to work towards. Create actionable steps. (Checking in via email)
Week 3: Focus will be on the steps that will make the biggest impact to align / prioritize with your life. What is our expectation in 12 weeks and beyond. (Communication via email).
Week 4: (30) Minute Zoom call to review and track progress. Figuring out how to work it in. Create actionable steps for upcoming weeks.
Week 5: Focus on tracking goals and tweaking the 12 week end goal if needed for alignment. (Communication via email)
Week 6: (30( Minute Zoom call. What’s working? Whats not? Focus on pain points and keeping momentum when things get hard.
Week 7: Move forward with actionable steps. Is there something that they can up the ante on? Something to let go of or shift? (Communication via email)
Week 8: (30) Minute Zoom call update. mapping out the last 4 weeks.
Week 9: Focus on main goal for end of 12 weeks. How can we make sure we get there? (Communication via email)
Week 10: Focus on areas that will help for goals - depends on needs. (I.e. Pitching, marketing, social media, etc…) (Communication via email)
Week 11: Focus on areas that will help for goals - depends on needs. (I.e. Pitching, marketing, social media, etc…) (Communication via email)
Week 12: (30) minute zoom call to wrap up. Focus on the you moving forward after this! You will move forward with a plan for moving forward to keep going.
